Samsung accelerates two-track value chain buildout in Germany
Samsung Electronics is accelerating efforts in Germany to build a “two-track value chain” spanning SDV shifts and expanded AI infrastructure. One track connects semiconductors to automotive chips and in-vehicle systems, including Exynos Auto supplies to BMW models and Harman’s acquisition of ZF’s ADAS unit. The other links semiconductors to AI servers and data centre cooling, supported by Samsung’s completed purchase of Germany’s FlaktGroup and plans to combine control systems and AI platforms.
