Evernose, major XRP holder, nears Nasdaq listing under ticker XRPN
Evernose Holdings, a treasury company with large XRP holdings, has entered final approval steps for a Nasdaq listing through a merger with SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp II. The combined company is expected to trade under the ticker XRPN and hold about 473 million XRP provided directly by Ripple. It has secured investment commitments of more than $1 billion from institutional investors. The deal’s closing timing is presented as the fourth quarter of 2026.

Ripple-backed Evernos faces Sept 30 merger vote, opening path to Nasdaq listing
Evrnos Holdings is nearing the launch of what it calls the first listed company to put an XRP treasury strategy at the forefront. If shareholders approve a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II in a vote scheduled for Sept. 30, the company is expected to complete the Nasdaq listing process. Evernos expects to hold at least 473 million XRP at listing and trade under the symbol XRPN.

AIXC exits crypto treasury strategy, sells bitcoin and ether to pivot to robotics
Nasdaq-listed microcap AIXC has sold all of its digital assets and ended its cryptocurrency treasury strategy. In an amended S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company disclosed plans to sell holdings including 33.49 bitcoin, 497.56 ether and 6,325.92 solana, as well as Chainlink, BNB and ADA. AIXC said it had about 50 percent unrealised losses and will pivot to robotics via its RoboShare platform.
