AIMatics partners with Insungdata to launch AI chatbot for quick-service call centers

AIMatics, a company specialising in AI video recognition, said on Tuesday it has partnered with quick-service platform Insungdata to launch an AI chatbot dedicated to quick-service call centres. The company said the commercialised chatbot is its first application of an in-house, industry-specific small language model to a B2B setting.
