Elon Musk to entrench lifetime CEO control at SpaceX
SpaceX has included in its IPO filings a governance structure that would effectively guarantee Elon Musk control for life, with removal as CEO or board chair requiring his consent. The company plans a dual-class share structure, issuing Class A shares to public investors and Class B shares with 10 votes per share to insiders. SpaceX aims to raise $75 billion at a valuation of about $2 trillion, drawing scrutiny over valuation, lockups and retail investor protection.

Futech Solutions signs exclusive distribution deal in South Korea with U.S. firm Vaidio to step up AI video analytics
Futech Solutions said on Sunday it signed an exclusive distribution agreement in South Korea with U.S. AI video analytics company Vaidio. Futech Solutions plans to supply Vaidio’s AI vision platform in the country and jointly pursue channel partner expansion, technical support and business development. It said Vaidio’s core AI vision platform provides video analytics functions for various industrial sites and supports multiple VLM inference server options and a natural-language AI event feature.

Elice Group attends Korea-Singapore AI Connect Summit, demonstrates modular data center
Elice Group, an AI infrastructure and cloud company, said it attended the Korea-Singapore AI Connect Summit in Singapore and presented its global business strategy and technology innovation cases. The event was held during President Lee Jae-myung’s state visit to Singapore. Chief Executive Kim Jae-won shared the company’s experience expanding overseas through investment in Singapore and highlighted local projects and partnerships. Elice also demonstrated its portable modular data center.
