Samsung Electronics unveiled its Galaxy design philosophy, emphasising a people-centred approach that blends into daily life rather than spotlighting advanced technology. In a media briefing on April 9, it introduced the design concept and development process for the Galaxy S26 and Buds4 series released last month. The Galaxy S26 series adopts a unified outer silhouette across three models. Buds4 was redesigned around fit, using more than 100 million ear-shape data points and over 10,000 wear simulations.

KB Kookmin Bank recommends Yeon Tae-hoon as new outside director
KB Kookmin Bank said on Thursday its outside director nomination committee recommended 1 new outside director and 3 outside directors for reappointment. The bank recommended Yeon Tae-hoon, a senior research fellow at the Korea Institute of Finance, as the final candidate for the new post with a two-year term. Yeon studied economics at Seoul National University and earned master’s and doctoral degrees at the University of Michigan, and has researched financial markets including capital markets and consumer protection.
