Shopping mall startup 7: Community center offers close expert support when online startups hit a wall

Cafe24 is expanding its startup support system from online to offline through its Cafe24 PRO Community Center in Dongdaemun, Seoul, opened in January. The center offers real-time, on-site expert assistance for setting up stores and product pages, along with tailored consulting on functions such as SEO and CRM marketing.

KakaoPay opens loan refinancing service for sole proprietors
KakaoPay said on Tuesday it will launch a loan refinancing service for sole proprietors to help reduce the financial burden on small merchants and self-employed people. The company said the service strengthens non-face-to-face convenience for users who find it difficult to visit banks or prepare documents. Users can check interest rates and loan limits with a few touches. Six financial firms, including major banks, have joined the platform.

The firm aims to expand new digital businesses and build a global collaboration system to speed its transition into a “digital asset-specialised securities firm.” The hiring focuses on securing talent for global development projects and forming a “Flash Team” to drive digital asset businesses, including real-world asset tokenisation.
