Hanwha Investment & Securities said on Wednesday it will recruit experienced professionals in digital and global roles.
Hanwha Investment & Securities plans to use the hiring to expand new digital businesses and build a global collaboration system, accelerating its shift into a "digital asset-specialised securities firm".
The core of the recruitment is to secure talent capable of global development projects as well as domestic ones and form a Flash Team combining them.
A Flash Team is an organisational model designed to successfully carry out projects through fast decision-making and execution, beyond nationality, affiliation and rank. Hanwha Investment & Securities' Flash Team will focus on digital asset-related businesses including RWA (Real-World Asset), or tokenised assets backed by real-world assets.
Recruitment areas include digital specialists such as Web3-based RWA development (front-end, back-end, PM, DevSecOps, UI/UX) and mobile app development (iOS, Android, back-end, DevOps).
It also plans to hire experienced professionals who can build a global collaboration system in strategy, global investment and business management, management planning, products, human resources, legal affairs and information security.
Kim Do-hyung (김도형), head of the Innovation Support Office at Hanwha Investment & Securities, said, "This recruitment is to secure the key driving force to build the future of finance together based on digital technology." He added, "We will make a leap to become a securities firm with global competitiveness in the digital asset business."
