XRP wavers around $1 as analyst says it will outperform bitcoin and ethereum
XRP is nearing a major turning point versus bitcoin and ethereum, a market analyst said. Dark Defender said the XRP-to-ether ratio could be finishing an Elliott Wave 4 correction and entering a Wave 5 rise, potentially letting XRP lead the market after ether rises further in the near term. Wegofair, an AI-based intellectual property protection solutions company, said on Thursday it will form a consortium with patent law firm The Wave to take part in Seoul AI Hub\'s 2026 AI transformation (AX) support programme. The project links AI suppliers and companies seeking AI adoption to apply AI at industrial sites and connect results to commercialisation and market expansion. Wegofair plans to upgrade its AI counterfeit detection solution for patent infringement response work and conduct proof of concept testing.

BlackRock buys $81 million of bitcoin during slump, helping rebound
Bitcoin rebounded to around $64,300 after BlackRock shifted to large-scale buying, helping the price recover from a recent slump. U.Today reported that the decline intensified after Strategy disclosed a bitcoin sale worth about $216 million, sending bitcoin below the $62,641 intraday support level. Arkham data showed BlackRock absorbed selling via Coinbase Prime and spent more than $80 million buying in batches, while also adding 7,500 ether through its ETHA spot ETF.
