U.S. worker engagement hits lowest level in 15 years as AI spreads
U.S. worker engagement fell to 29 percent in the third quarter, the lowest level since 2011 and the first drop below 30 percent in 15 years, Gallup data showed. The decline was sharper among remote and hybrid workers, and similar patterns appeared in organisations that have adopted AI. Ratings for workplace communication and relationships also weakened. Gallup said AI use has not been confirmed as a direct cause.

XRP traded about 25 percent below an estimated average purchase price for spot exchange-traded funds, but investor selling appeared limited. XRP Insights estimated an average entry price of about $1.71, while XRP changed hands near $1.29. Funds tracked from Oct. 26 to 28 saw net holdings fall by about 2.96 million XRP, or roughly 0.26 percent versus Oct. 23 to 28, excluding Grayscale’s GXRP.

Crypto industry shifts as listed firms share and tokenisation surge
The share of total crypto industry revenue accounted for by listed companies rose to 16 percent in 2026 from 7 percent in 2022, Cointelegraph reported, citing a 1kx report. The firm said expanding institutional adoption and growth in real-world-use services drove the shift. Total industry revenue is estimated at $100 billion, down 28 percent year-on-year, but listed firms’ share increased. Tokenised assets and payments revenue overtook crypto infrastructure revenue in the third quarter.
