Salesforce offers Headless 360 as answer to CRM’s future in AI agent era
Salesforce’s next-generation agent development environment, Salesforce Headless 360, unveiled at its recent TDX event, is being described as the boldest architecture change in the company’s history. The product allows AI agents to call and execute Salesforce platform functions directly through APIs, MCP tools and command-line interface commands without human clicks. Salesforce highlighted three features: building agents in any way, deploying them to any screen, and tools to build trusted agents, including an open-sourced Agent Script language.

Salesforce unveils Headless 360 to support agent development with API and MCP
Salesforce said it unveiled its next-generation agent development environment, Salesforce Headless 360, at its annual TrailblazerDX 2026 developer conference in San Francisco. The company showcased development tools and product updates aimed at an “agentic enterprise” transition. Headless 360 supports API, Model Context Protocol and command-based tools, and connects with multiple AI coding environments. Salesforce also strengthened Agent Fabric and upgraded AgentExchange, and announced a $50 million investment plan.

Ryu Je-myeong attends ETRI 50th anniversary ceremony
Ryu Je-myeong (류제명), second vice minister at South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT, attended ceremonies at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute\'s Daejeon headquarters on Tuesday to mark the institute\'s 50th anniversary and the 40th anniversary of the launch of the TDX electronic switching system. He reviewed ETRI\'s achievements and reaffirmed resolve for the next 50 years. He said the government would expand R&D investment and strengthen cooperation.
