SKT uses AI to read customer tastes, expands October T Membership benefits
SK Telecom will use AI to analyse customers\' membership usage patterns and interests and reflect the results in planning October T Membership benefits. The company said it built the package based on benefit concepts and brand candidates proposed by its in-house marketing AI agent, which analyses customer data and trends. SK Telecom will run an \"AI Week\" during a T day special week and offer discounts and events, including partner offers and a running-themed promotion.

SKT to expand tailored discounts to cut summer telecom and living costs
SK Telecom will expand discounts for plans, membership and partners in August and September to ease customers’ telecom and living-cost burdens. It will boost benefits for its online-only Air plans, including points for new subscribers and wider use of points to pay bills. The carrier will waive eSIM fees for online sign-ups. It will also expand T Membership weekly offers, run brand weeks and happy-hour perks, add overseas travel benefits and increase movie ticket discounts for young customers.

SKT offers 70 percent discount on first roaming for 2030 customers, strengthens domestic outing benefits
SK Telecom said on Sunday it will run a summer holiday season T Roaming promotion for overseas travellers and expand T Membership benefits for domestic trips and outings. Through Aug. 21, it will offer a 70 percent discount on first-time roaming for eligible 2030 customers and increase data allowances on certain roaming plans. It is also holding a T Membership campaign through July 17 with discounts at Caribbean Bay and Ocean World.
