Disney former CEO says he wanted merger with Apple; why big-deal plan fell apart

Bob Iger, Disney\'s former chief executive, said he examined the possibility of a merger between Disney and Apple but it did not lead to a deal. In an interview, Iger said the idea was discussed at one point. He also said that even after Steve Jobs died he wanted to complete the transaction, but Apple did not take it very seriously.
