Snowflake upgrades AI agent platform, expands integrations with Gmail, Jira and Salesforce
Data cloud company Snowflake updated Snowflake Intelligence and Cortex Code. Snowflake Intelligence is a context-aware AI agent for business users that lets them ask questions about enterprise data and gain insights. The update integrates MCP to support connections with Google Gmail, Calendar and Docs, Atlassian Jira, Salesforce CRM and Slack. It also adds deep research reports with sources, artifacts for saving and sharing workflows, and an iPhone app preview.
