Corma raises $60 million seed funding for defensive cybersecurity AI model

Israeli cybersecurity AI startup Corma said on Aug. 10 it raised $60 million in seed funding to develop defensive cybersecurity AI. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Khosla Ventures and Coatue. Corma plans to use the funds to expand multidisciplinary teams, invest in pre-training, post-training and cybersecurity research, and scale AI defense personnel for enterprise customers. The company is building a cybersecurity foundation model focused on defense.
