Shinhan Bank named Seoul public-private partnership exemplary organisation
Shinhan Bank said on March 25 it received a Seoul mayoral citation after being selected as a Seoul city-run 2025 exemplary organisation for public-private cooperation at a \"New Year Spring Concert\" held on March 24 at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. The award recognises organisations and companies that contribute to improving citizens’ quality of life and advancing city administration through public-private cooperation.

KT recreates Gwanghwamun Square in Spain to showcase Korean-style AI at MWC26
KT will recreate Gwanghwamun Square, a landmark space in South Korea, inside its exhibition hall at MWC26 in Barcelona from March 2 to 5. The booth will feature replicas including a statue of King Sejong and major Gwanghwamun sites, and will screen videos on Korea’s innovation history. KT will also present AI and security solutions, multimodal TV AI features, K-culture interactive programs and sports-themed experiences.

MWC26 nears as South Korea\'s three mobile carriers clash over AI strategy
South Korea\'s three mobile carriers will promote their artificial intelligence businesses at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona on March 2, local time. SK Telecom will share its full-stack AI strategy and showcase AI data centre platforms and an ultra-large AI model demonstration. KT will stage an exhibition themed on Gwanghwamun Square and present its enterprise AI operating system Agentic Fabric. LG Uplus will unveil a next-generation version of its ixi-O AI call agent and take part in a global AI red-team challenge.
