GRAC, KOCCA join forces to strengthen redress for random-item damage
The Game Rating and Administration Committee and the Korea Creative Content Agency signed a memorandum of understanding on Jan. 30 in Seoul to strengthen cooperation on redress for damage linked to randomised in-game items. The two bodies will link the Random Item Damage Relief Center with the Content Dispute Mediation Committee, refine transfer procedures, divide roles for investigation and mediation, share information and improve access and processing speed.
