Mythos returns as agentic AI drives security operations center expansion
The U.S. government has lifted export controls on Anthropic’s top AI models, Claude Fable5 and Mythos5, raising expectations of renewed competition among companies seeking to deploy AI models in cyber security. KISA launches R&D on safe use of personal data in AI era
The Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) said on June 29 it held a kickoff briefing in Seoul for new 2026 personal data research and development projects and will push ahead with new tasks to support safe use of personal information in the artificial intelligence era. KISA said it will pursue 11 new projects across three areas, including deepfake suppression technology and development of privacy-by-design standards.

LG Electronics launches RONi homebot AI with 15cm built-in station
LG Electronics on Monday launched its new cleaning robot, the LG Homebot AI Objet Collection RONi, adding hygiene features by applying 100C steam to both the robot body and its station. The product comes with two station options: a 15 cm-tall Hidden Station designed for installation under a kitchen sink baseboard space, and an Objet Station in a side-table form factor for independent placement. Both versions have a shipment price of 2.19 million won.
