KT holds \'Partners Day 2026\', gives preferential treatment to high-quality suppliers

KT held its 11th KT Partners Day 2026 on April 14 to communicate with suppliers. The event is designed for KT and partner companies to share business direction and review the basis for cooperation. KT set its 2026 cooperation direction as essence, growth and mutual growth, and said it would shift from price-based competition to a system centered on quality and technology. It will expand incentives and strengthen security standards across equipment processes.

ITCEN Global, Hoseo University team up to boost venture startup investment

ITCEN Global said on Monday it signed an MOU with Hoseo University’s industry-academic cooperation body to activate venture startup investment and strengthen mutual cooperation. The two sides will jointly handle the full acceleration process, from discovering startups to evaluation and selection. They plan support programmes such as open innovation, expert mentoring and follow-on investment. They also agreed to work on forming and operating a joint investment fund.

Kakao launches Open Ground with Jeju centre, recruits 10 startups

Kakao said on March 23 it will recruit participants for the \'2026 JCCEI X Kakao Open Ground\' open innovation programme with the Jeju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation. The programme seeks startups that can link with Kakao and its affiliates, offering proof-of-concept projects and opportunities for commercial cooperation. Four affiliates will take part, selecting about 10 startups in fields including AI, big data, mobility, IoT, content and industry-focused SaaS.
