HancomWith said on Wednesday it held a company and solution briefing for Japanese business representatives who visited South Korea through the Korea-Japan Nikkei Open Innovation Cooperation Day, co-hosted by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and Nikkei.
Attendees included officials from KOTRA and Nikkei, companies that won Nikkei THE PITCH, a pitching programme run by Nikkei to discover startups and new businesses, and executives from major Japanese companies.
HancomWith introduced and demonstrated its main solutions, including the facial authentication solution Hancom Auth, the continuous, passive authentication solution Hancom xCAuth and the TLS/SSL certificate automated management solution Hancom UCLM. It shared updates on its local business initiatives, focused on Hancom Auth and next-generation security solutions, targeting Japan's finance and public sectors.
Chief Executive Sang-yeop Song (송상엽) said the event helped confirm reactions from major Japanese companies to HancomWith's AI and next-generation security solutions. He said the meeting would serve as a chance to continue exchanges with innovative Japanese companies and develop practical business cooperation models.
