Banks in South Korea step up tailored hiring for second half, from regional sales to AI and security
South Korea\'s banks are ramping up open recruitment for the second half of the year, refining hiring by job type rather than selecting general candidates in bulk. Some are also adding or expanding specialist and global tracks and recruiting experienced professionals alongside entry-level hires.
