N2SF shift opens public-sector security SaaS market, Monitorlab to step up push
Monitorlab plans to push its Security Service Edge platform into South Korea\'s public sector, citing growing opportunities as the National Network Security Framework, or N2SF, is introduced. CEO Lee Gwang-ho said government policy now supports public agencies adopting security as a service, though hurdles remain. The company said multiple certifications are still required and costly. MonitorLab holds IASF 2026, steps up push into generative AI security market
MonitorLab, a B2B Security as a Service specialist, is accelerating its push into the generative AI security market. It held the 14th Integrated Application Security Fair 2026 at the Conrad Seoul hotel and shared its generative AI security solutions and strategy. The company introduced technologies including web security, zero trust, threat intelligence, EDR and BAS, and outlined upgrades to its GenAI Security offering and policy controls.

KISA launches 18 next-generation security projects, selects 50 companies
The Korea Internet & Security Agency said it is pushing ahead with a 2026 information security new-technology support program with the Ministry of Science and ICT. It selected 18 projects worth 12.04 billion won across four areas, including AI-based security product commercialisation, fostering AI security firms, developing a Korea-style integrated security model and introducing zero trust. KISA also selected 50 companies to carry out the projects.
