MonitorLab, a B2B SECaaS (Security as a Service) specialist, is accelerating its push into the generative AI security market.

On Tuesday, MonitorLab held the 14th Integrated Application Security Fair 2026 (IASF 2026) at the Conrad Seoul hotel and shared its generative AI security solutions and market strategy.

Held under the theme, "Control GenAI - Unlock Productivity," IASF 2026 featured MonitorLab presentations on key technologies and strategies including generative AI security, web security, zero trust security, cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and endpoint detection and response (EDR).

Park Ho-cheol (박호철), a principal researcher at MonitorLab, presented an integrated strategy to extend zero trust architecture into generative AI security. Roh Yong-hwan (노용환), head of the research institute, shared a framework to continuously advance threat detection by linking CTI, breach and attack simulation (BAS) and EDR. Kim Young-joong (김영중), a principal researcher, shared approaches to identify threats using AI-based CTI and to verify response systems based on BAS.

MonitorLab's generative AI security solution, GenAI Security, focuses on preventing prompt injection, AI misuse and sensitive information leaks that can occur when companies use generative AI. It is available both as an on-premises solution and through AIONCLOUD, a zero trust-based SECaaS platform.

MonitorLab recently advanced GenAI Security to support granular security policies tailored to departmental and job characteristics and to expand the scope of controls to developer environments.

The company stressed it improved detection accuracy by predefining sensitive topic categories to judge whether user-entered prompts are appropriate for work and implementing a system that detects them based on context.

MonitorLab Chief Executive Kwang-hoo Lee (이광후) said, "Through this IASF, we confirmed that the core of corporate security is not blocking AI adoption, but creating an environment in which AI can be used safely, and that security must evolve toward identifying and controlling risks that may arise in the AI use process." He said, "MonitorLab will go beyond generative AI to proactively examine security issues that may arise in new AI environments such as AI agents, and will prepare in advance so companies can use the changing AI with confidence."
