Mirae Asset Securities U.S. unit joins DTCC tokenization working group
Mirae Asset Securities said on Thursday its U.S. unit will join the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation\'s Tokenization Working Group. DTCC is a key institution that provides clearing, settlement and depository infrastructure in U.S. capital markets. The group includes major global financial institutions and key digital-asset market participants, including JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, Citigroup, UBS and the New York Stock Exchange.

Mirae Asset Securities appoints first female research head, names WM and investment strategy leaders
Mirae Asset Securities said on Monday it made appointments for new division heads and its research centre. Kim Min-kyun moved from head of the investment strategy division to lead the WM STUDIO division. Park Hee-chan, previously research centre head, was appointed head of investment strategy. Park Yeon-joo, a director in the growth company analysis team, was named research centre head, becoming the first woman to hold the post since the firm’s founding.

Mirae Asset Securities says 2026 to mark start of \'Mirae Asset 3.0\', leading digital, AI shift
Mirae Asset Securities said it will make 2026 the first year of “Mirae Asset 3.0” and pursue a new leap by combining traditional finance with digital assets. Co-CEOs Kim Mi-seop and Hur Sun-ho said profitability improved across all business areas despite a difficult environment. They said 2025 results could approach or exceed 2021 levels, citing a rise of more than 130 trillion won in client assets. They outlined four strategic priorities, including AI-driven investment solutions and tougher consumer protection controls.
