Samsung adds travel features to Samsung Wallet, integrating boarding passes, hotels and tickets

Samsung Electronics will launch a travel service called Samsung Wallet Trips to manage travel-related information in a single app. The company said it integrates travel details previously spread across platforms, including airline boarding passes, hotel reservations and tickets for theme parks and sports events, into Samsung Wallet. Galaxy users can manage itineraries via a trip timeline that sorts information by time and location, with memo and link features. Samsung said Knox-based security, encryption and biometric authentication protect access.

Samsung Electronics unveiled its 2030 goals for its mobile environmental sustainability vision, \'Galaxy for the Planet\'.
