Nvidia unveils AI-RAN-based 6G vision to turn telecom networks into AI infrastructure
Nvidia unveiled a vision to build 6G on an AI-native platform ahead of the opening of MWC Barcelona, together with the global telecommunications industry. SiliconANGLE reported Nvidia will work with partners including Booz Allen Hamilton, BT Group, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom, Nokia and T-Mobile. CEO Jensen Huang said AI is driving the largest infrastructure build in human history. Nvidia said it aims to turn networks into AI infrastructure through AI-RAN technology.

Lablup to unveil personal AI platform Backend.AI:GO at MWC Barcelona 2026
AI infrastructure company Lablup Inc. will attend MWC Barcelona 2026 at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona from March 2 to 5 and introduce its personal AI platform Backend.AI:GO to the European market. During the event it will hold a ceremony to sign a partnership with UK AI infrastructure firm Boston Limited. The company says the free desktop app runs small language models on a PC offline and can switch to clusters or cloud APIs when needed.

Apple may unveil new products on March 4; iPhone 17e, new MacBook expected
Apple is reported to have notified foreign media that it will hold a special event titled “Special Apple Experience” in New York at 9 a.m. local time on March 4, with events also set for London and Shanghai. The smaller format is expected to let media try new products. Attention is on a possible iPhone 17e, new MacBook Pro and Air models, iPad updates and other devices, as well as an AI-enhanced Siri preview.
