Miracom Inc begins push to support cooperative AX leading model project
Miracom Inc said on Thursday it signed a business agreement with the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs and the Korea Standards Association to 추진 the 2026 cooperative AX leading model building support project. Based on the agreement, it will begin manufacturing AX and RX projects. The company plans to build AI application models and conduct on-site demonstrations for six manufacturers, starting sequentially with five firms including Soulbrain, Hana Micron, Magnachip Semiconductor, Samsong and Kumho Tire.

GTGO, XYZ pursue development of unmanned dining stores based on physical AI
Physical AI robotics firm XYZ said on Tuesday a joint project with GTGO, which operates the GOPIZZA dining brand, was selected for Global TIPS. The project is part of a technology development programme linked to investment and financing overseen by the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs. The partners aim to combine GTGO’s dining and food manufacturing capabilities with XYZ’s robots and physical AI to build an unmanned store model and expand it globally.

Autonomous Manufacturing AI World Show opens in Seoul
The 2026 Autonomous Manufacturing AI World Show (AMWS 2026) opened on April 27 at the COEX Grand Ballroom in Seoul. Organisers said the event focuses on shifting beyond AI innovation in manufacturing to a stage of “actionable autonomous manufacturing,” where AI judges processes and directly controls robots and equipment. The programme includes keynote talks on policy, technology and application strategies, plus an exhibition of manufacturing AI, robots, digital twins and AI vision.
