Three South Korean AI startups target global AI market using Oracle Cloud
Korea Oracle said VMIC, PromptTown and KAB Labs joined Oracle’s startup cooperation program Miracle and enhanced industry-specific work processes using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. It said Miracle is jointly run by Oracle, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, KISED and Seoul National University of Science and Technology. The companies reported lower infrastructure costs, faster processing speeds and plans to support customers across global hubs.

Google Play launches 8th Changgu program to support 100 mobile and game startups
Google Play is launching the eighth round of its Changgu program in partnership with South Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startup and Entrepreneurship Development. It has selected 100 promising mobile application and game startups for tailored support. The program offers seminars, one-on-one consulting, networking events, venture capital office hours and cloud credits. Google Play plans to expand specialised programs for companies using AI technologies.

Noblelogis aims to move beyond warehousing to spatial logistics infrastructure with AI
A container-centred storage model that has persisted for decades is shifting as demand rises for safe storage of high-value household assets during interior remodelling. Noblelogis, an AI-based logistics and storage automation startup led by CEO Woo-jae Jung, is developing indoor temperature- and humidity-controlled storage, a cage-type automated loading system and a photo-based AI quotation system. The company says it has amassed nearly 100,000 training photos and about 4,000 quotation cases since launching in March 2023.
