Saramin\'s KoMate signs deal with Hanyang University to support foreign students\' employment

KoMate, a foreign recruiting platform operated by Saramin, said on Feb. 20 it signed a business agreement with Hanyang University to support foreign students seeking jobs. The deal, pursued as part of a Seoul RISE collaboration programme, aims to strengthen employment capabilities and build an efficient student management system. The two sides plan to combine KoMate\'s IT expertise with Hanyang University\'s talent pool and jointly develop monitoring and customised job-prep programmes.

Saramin\'s KoMate recruits first \'KoMate Friends\' supporters for international students

Saramin said on Feb. 9 it is recruiting the first cohort of KoMate Friends, an official supporters group for international students using its foreign hiring service KoMate. Applicants must be international students enrolled at universities or graduate schools in South Korea, able to communicate in Korean and interested in job hunting and content creation. Selected supporters will begin with a March launch event and work for eight weeks as KoMate ambassadors.
