Shinhan reignites financial super app race as AI moves into workplace
Shinhan Financial Group unveiled its integrated platform Shinhan SuperSOL, combining banking, card, securities and insurance services in one app, reigniting competition over financial “super apps”. The revamp centres on the banking app and includes SOL LINK, which ties deposit accounts to stock trading. KB Kookmin Bank has introduced an artificial intelligence-based complex analysis and comparison service on its comprehensive real estate platform, KB Real Estate. The service analyses and compares key information on complexes customers are interested in, including apartments, officetels and villas, to support housing decisions. The bank said it launched the interactive AI feature as its second such service after AI property search within \"Home-Finding AI\".

Woori, KB and Shinhan asset trusts sign MOU for Anyang urban complex development project
A consortium comprising Woori Asset Trust, KB Real Estate Trust and Shinhan Asset Trust has signed a memorandum of understanding to push forward an urban complex development project west of Myeonghak Station in Anyang, it said on Saturday. The project aims to redevelop aging residential areas and underused land into a mixed-use space combining housing and commercial functions. The consortium will review the project structure, prepare funding measures and support stakeholder consultations.
