[Digital Today reporter Ji-young Lee] KB Kookmin Bank has introduced an artificial intelligence (AI)-based complex analysis and comparison service on its comprehensive real estate platform, "KB Real Estate". It supports housing decision-making by analysing key information on complexes customers are interested in, including apartments, officetels and villas.
KB Kookmin Bank said on Tuesday it has newly launched the AI-powered "AI Complex Analysis and Comparison" service on KB Real Estate.
"AI Complex Analysis and Comparison" is the second interactive AI service it has launched, following "AI Property Search" within "Home-Finding AI". When a customer selects a complex of interest, such as an apartment, officetel or villa, the AI provides an AI briefing based on a comprehensive analysis of various information.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said, "We hope it will provide practical help in customers' housing decision-making process." The official added, "We will expand customer-centred services that combine AI technology and real estate data to build a real estate platform that can be trusted."
