KB Kookmin Bank said on Jan. 9 it has added rental housing categories to the LH Subscription Hub provided on its comprehensive real estate platform, KB Real Estate.
The LH Subscription Hub has provided LH for-sale housing subscription information as the first private platform to do so, based on a memorandum of understanding signed in December 2024 between KB Kookmin Bank and Korea Land and Housing Corp (LH).
The expanded rental housing categories, following the existing for-sale housing offering, allow users to check LH for-sale and rental housing subscription information in one place.
The rental housing service provides the same regional filter function as the for-sale housing subscription service. After checking subscription information, users can link to LH Cheongyak Plus, the official LH subscription platform, to use a one-stop process from application to checking results.
KB Real Estate expects the expansion to improve convenience not only for buyers preparing to purchase a home through for-sale housing subscriptions, but also for a range of housing demand groups such as people without homes and young people and newly married couples seeking rental housing.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said, "We expanded the scope of the service so customers can check various public housing subscription information more easily and conveniently." The official added, "We will continue to strengthen public agency-linked services that can improve housing stability and convenience for the public."
