Nasdaq-listed medical data firm OneMedNet sells all bitcoin holdings amid cash shortfall

Nasdaq-listed healthcare data company OneMedNet has sold all of its bitcoin holdings as of end-June, reporting 0 BTC in its quarterly filing. The company warned that its liquidity is insufficient to cover operating needs for the next 12 months and said the conditions raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. It has relied on selling treasury bitcoin to fund operations and is increasingly turning to external financing and share issuance.
