JobKorea CEO says digital profiles will replace resumes in hiring
JobKorea CEO Yoon Hyun-joon says the company aims to reshape hiring by moving from resumes to AI- and data-driven digital profiles. He says digital profiles can use multimodal data to provide predictive insights and capture personal context that resumes cannot. JobKorea is developing AI career agents and a matching technology called Context Link to improve connections between employers and candidates, and plans to roll out new services in the first half of 2026.

JobKorea overhauls corporate website
AI and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea said on Wednesday it has revamped its corporate website to mark its 30th anniversary, following the launch of a new company name and corporate identity. The company recently unveiled the new name, Worxphere, at its 30th anniversary conference. The redesigned site focuses on storytelling around the company’s history, and presents its vision, mission and information on a next-generation AI agent service.

JobKorea has changed its corporate name to Worxphere for its 30th anniversary and unveiled a mid- to long-term vision to fundamentally redefine how work is connected in the AI transition era. It formalised an AI career agent-centred platform shift and presented “Context Link” as a core concept to connect people, jobs, information and opportunities more precisely. It also introduced two AI-based career agents to be launched in the first half of 2026.
