JobKorea CEO says digital profiles will replace resumes in hiring

JobKorea CEO Yoon Hyun-joon says the company aims to reshape hiring by moving from resumes to AI- and data-driven digital profiles. He says digital profiles can use multimodal data to provide predictive insights and capture personal context that resumes cannot. JobKorea is developing AI career agents and a matching technology called Context Link to improve connections between employers and candidates, and plans to roll out new services in the first half of 2026.
