Hashed Open Research published a strategy report on a Korean won stablecoin in the agent economy era, saying competition is expanding from issuance to settlement and distribution infrastructure. It urged moving beyond debate over who issues a won stablecoin and instead securing an independent settlement network and a digital identity authentication system. The report said most AI agent payments are handled with dollar-based stablecoins and called for Korea to accelerate related rules and infrastructure.

Lee Jae-hong (이재홍), CEO of Across, says whoever captures AI-generated answers will win in the AI era and what the winner writes becomes the truth. Across develops the generative engine optimisation solution GPTO and the AI mention-ranking platform GenRank. The company was founded in August after securing investment and has five staff including the CEO. It surpassed 1 billion won in monthly sales in April and reached break-even.
