Global Web3 venture capital firm Hashed said on Tuesday it will recruit participants for the ninth cohort of its next-generation Web3 talent development programme, Protocol Camp, together with its subsidiary ShardLab.

Applications will be accepted from Feb. 16 to March 22, and those selected will be active from April to July. This cohort will be run in a hybrid online-offline format for builders across Asia. Airfare and accommodation needed to attend offline sessions will be fully covered.

The selection process will eliminate divisions such as planning, development and design, and integrate all participants as “builders”. Applicants can choose a mode that fits their approach: “AI vibe coding”, which uses AI tools to speed up implementation, or “traditional coding”, centered on team building. Participants will receive practical feedback from experts including Hashed investment reviewers and ShardLab engineers, and experience the entire product development process from ideation to market validation.

Upon completion, participants will gain alumni status and receive opportunities for collaboration within the Hashed ecosystem and for follow-on investment review.

Hashed CEO Seo-jun Kim (김서준) stressed that innovation will accelerate when the roles of planning and implementation are integrated into one. ShardLab CEO Ho-jin Kim (김호진) said the alumni community is the biggest asset, adding he looks forward to the challenge from peers who will build the next-generation Asian Web3 ecosystem together.
