Hanwha chairman Kim Seung-yeon gifts summer health meals to all staff, funded by 3 billion won personal money
Hanwha Group Chairman Kim Seung-yeon will give health food sets to about 69,000 domestic employees, with deliveries planned to each worker’s home, the group said on Tuesday. The 3 billion won cost will be covered by Kim’s personal funds. Kim thanked employees for their dedication in a message included with the gift. Hanwha also recently carried out promotions involving Kim’s three sons.

Week 2 of Round 3 in the LCK 2026 regular season runs from Aug. 5 to 9 at Chijijik LoL Park in Seoul. Hanwha Life Esports and Gen.G open the week in a matchup expected to be fierce as both try to stop three straight losses. Hanwha promotes Kim Dong-kwan to vice chairman, revamps CEOs at five affiliates
Hanwha Group has reshuffled its leadership by promoting key executives and nominating new chief executives at five affiliates. The changes take effect on Aug. 1. Kim Dong-kwan is promoted to vice chairman. Kim Dong-won becomes vice chairman and Kim Dong-sun is promoted to president. The group also named CEO nominees at Hanwha Aerospace’s business division, Hanwha Systems, Hanwha Impact’s business division, Hanwha Asset Management and Hanwha Semitech.
