Hanwha Group Chairman Kim Seung-yeon (김승연) is giving health food gifts to all about 69,000 domestic employees. Hanwha Group said on Tuesday that Kim plans to send a health food set consisting of samgyetang, galbitang and seolleongtang to each employee’s home to look after their health during the hot summer. The 3 billion won cost of the gifts was funded by Kim’s personal money.
In a message enclosed with the gift, Kim said he was deeply grateful for the dedication of employees who did their best in their respective roles amid constant challenges and difficulties. He added that he hoped the small token would help support the health of employees and their families.
