JobKorea wraps up HReka 26 HR conference, shares recruitment strategies for AI era
JobKorea, an AI- and data-based HR tech platform operated by WorkSphere, held the HR conference HReka 26 on Aug. 27 at GS Tower in Seoul’s Yeoksam-dong and shared HR trends. The company organised sessions focused on AI transformation in recruitment and HR, AI organisation management and data-driven performance management. Speakers from WorkSphere, LG AI Research, LG Uplus, KT, Lemonbase and Seoul National University presented cases, insights and research.

JobKorea to hold HReka 26 HR conference on Aug 27 to share strategies for AI-era change
JobKorea, an AI and data-based HR tech platform operated by WorkSphere, will hold the HReka 26 HR conference on Aug 27 at GS Tower in Seoul’s Yeoksam-dong under the theme “Change that creates victory in the AI era.” The event will feature sessions by HR company and academic speakers on AI-era HR practices and AX strategies, as well as a presentation by JobKorea’s CSO. On-site one-on-one recruitment consulting booths will also be available.

JobKorea shares two-year matching results from AI recommendations
JobKorea said applications generated through its AI recommendations rose 280 percent in the fourth quarter of 2025 from the fourth quarter of 2023. It said job posting views increased 93 percent and conversion rates rose 97 percent over the same period. After applying its AI Recommendation 2.0 service using the in-house LOOP Ai model, it said applications increased 37.8 percent and conversion rates rose 3 percent, while views fell 5 percent.
