[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] AI and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea on Tuesday shared its results over two years in easing job market mismatches through its artificial intelligence recommendation features.
JobKorea said the number of job applications generated through AI recommendations grew 280 percent in the fourth quarter of 2025 from the fourth quarter of 2023. Over the same period, views of job postings rose 93 percent and conversion rates increased 97 percent, it said, adding that AI matching efficiency improved sharply over the two years.
It said solution accuracy improved after applying its AI Recommendation 2.0 service, which internalises its self-generated recommendation model, LOOP Ai. Comparing the four months before September (May to August) with the four months after (September to December), job applications increased 37.8 percent and conversion rates rose 3 percent. Job posting views fell 5 percent, which the company said meant many job seekers reached the application stage after reviewing fewer postings than before.
Marking its 30th anniversary this year, JobKorea said it plans to lead a shift in the hiring paradigm toward "success-probability-driven recruitment" by advancing AI Recommendation 3.0 and commercialising an AI career agent. It will also hold a 30th anniversary HR conference on Jan. 29 to redefine the role of hiring platforms in the AI era and announce its next-generation corporate vision.
