Dassault Systemes releases first Impact Report, highlights virtual twin role in sustainability
Dassault Systemes said on Aug. 18 it published its first Impact Report, detailing results and progress from its sustainability strategy across its operations and customers during 2025. The report focuses on quantitative outcomes from internal and external efforts to mitigate climate change, centred on footprint, handprint and human capital, and highlights the role of virtual twins in meeting decarbonisation goals. It also outlines customer cases and ESG performance improvements.

Dassault Systemes sets 2050 net-zero goal, completes SBTi validation
Dassault Systemes said on Aug. 11 it has established a new science-based greenhouse gas reduction target for achieving net zero by 2050 that has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The company said the target is based on its achievement of its previously set 2027 SBTi reduction goal ahead of schedule. It plans 65.0 percent cuts in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and reductions in Scope 3 intensity.

Dassault Systemes says virtual companions expand industry world models
Dassault Systemes said on Feb. 24 it introduced AI-based “virtual companions” on its 3DEXPERIENCE platform for use in professional design work. The company offers three versions: Aura, Leo and Marie. It said the tools orchestrate knowledge and context across requirements, projects and changes, address complex engineering tasks from design to production, and support deep scientific exploration in materials, chemistry, formulation and therapeutics.
