Paramount+ and HBO Max complete 147.4 trillion won mega-merger, Skydance launches

Skydance plans to combine HBO Max, Paramount+ and Discovery+ into a single streaming service after completing its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery. The newly launched company is named Skydance and said it will merge the services over time, without disclosing a schedule, name or pricing.
