Diquest adds conversational workflow builder to Delma AI agent platform
Diquest said on Wednesday it has added a conversational feature to its Vibe AI agent platform Delma that allows users to generate task automation workflows using only natural language. Users can type instructions such as summarising emails and sending important messages to Slack, or analysing customer inquiries and generating responses by type. Common tasks are also available as templates. The company said internal tests showed workflow creation time fell about 80 percent versus drag-and-drop setup.
