Investment research firm Citrine Research released a report, \"Breaking the Wall\", saying AI agents and tokenised assets are changing how cryptocurrencies are invested in and have opened an era of fundamental crypto investing. It said software agents want a 24-hour financial infrastructure that the crypto industry has been building for 15 years. The report cited examples involving Hyperliquid, Robinhood Chain and the U.S. SEC, and pointed to tokens and related stocks as investment targets while noting limits and risks.

Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan (셰인 코플란) said the rush to find tokens that could rise 100-fold reflects irrational overheating in the crypto market. He said some traders are turning to prediction markets to assess the probability of events rather than bet on token price surges. Polymarket’s seven-day volume reached $1.21 billion, second to Kalshi’s $2.3 billion, though that alone does not prove funds are shifting from altcoins. Regulatory pressure is also rising.
