JobKorea CEO says digital profiles will replace resumes in hiring
JobKorea CEO Yoon Hyun-joon says the company aims to reshape hiring by moving from resumes to AI- and data-driven digital profiles. He says digital profiles can use multimodal data to provide predictive insights and capture personal context that resumes cannot. JobKorea is developing AI career agents and a matching technology called Context Link to improve connections between employers and candidates, and plans to roll out new services in the first half of 2026.

JobKorea says AI Recommendation 3.0 upgrade changes jobseeker behaviour in 10 days
JobKorea, an AI- and data-based HR tech platform operated by Worksphere, said it confirmed short-term changes in jobseeker behaviour and conversion results after applying an upgrade to its next-generation personalised system, AI Recommendation 3.0. The company said operating data for about 10 days showed big improvements in posting discovery efficiency and applications. Click-through and application rates for saved postings rose about 300 percent versus the prior version.
