[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] AI and data-based HR tech platform Worxphere said it is accelerating companywide AX (AI Transformation) under the catchphrase "AI Everywhere".
Marking its 30th anniversary this year, Worxphere declared it will go beyond simple job matching to shift into an AI agent-driven platform that redesigns the entire process around work with AI and data. Reflecting that direction, it unveiled its new company name, Worxphere, and moved to build an AI-based ecosystem that organically connects work, people and companies.
The company said Worxphere is upgrading its "Context Link"-based recommendation structure, which understands the context of individuals and companies and suggests next actions, based on a vast trove of data accumulated over a long period and its own AI technology. On that basis, it will soon introduce a "Talent Agent" for HR managers and a "Career Agent" for job seekers. The company said it will be a next-generation hiring solution that goes beyond simple recommendations by combining an inference-based conversational interface with decision support functions.
Last month, JobKorea and Albamon overhauled their main service screens to focus on AI. They put AI-recommended postings at the front and redesigned the user experience (UX) to strengthen hyper-personalised browsing. JobKorea created "Today's AI Insight" to provide tailored guides, keywords and recommended postings analysed by AI. Albamon also used its AI solution "LOOP Ai" to provide personalised posting recommendations and streamline sign-up and resume-writing procedures, shortening the user journey from browsing to applying.
Worxphere is embedding generative AI capabilities across the organisation, centred on a dedicated AI unit, while running training and experimentation programmes to improve employees' AI literacy. It recently created an "AX Vanguard" team to lead the spread of AX, moving to strengthen companywide AI adoption and execution.
Yoseop Kim (김요섭), Worxphere's chief technology officer, said it is innovating decision-making and execution by using AI agents, including modernising the work environment based on AI and cloud, integrating dispersed systems and reorganising platform architecture. As a result, productivity has improved significantly across data, postings, talent and products, including a 220 percent rise in the completion rate of platform foundation-building tasks from 2024, he said.
