ITCEN Group rolls out agentic AI CENI 3.0 companywide, shares results
ITCEN Group has adopted companywide CENI 3.0, an updated version of its in-house, task-focused AI assistant, to accelerate productivity innovation based on agentic AI, it said on Sunday. The company said CENI includes 25 AI agents covering functions such as HR, administration, finance, legal affairs and market analysis. It runs integrated with an internal collaboration portal and the Microsoft 365 platform. ITCEN said meeting coordination and email drafting time fell from an average of 10 minutes to 1 minute.
