ITCEN Group rolls out agentic AI CENI 3.0 companywide, shares results

ITCEN Group has adopted companywide CENI 3.0, an updated version of its in-house, task-focused AI assistant CENI, to accelerate productivity innovation based on agentic AI, it said on Sunday.

The company said CENI has built a lineup of 25 AI agents spanning areas including HR, administration, finance, legal affairs and market analysis, with a focus on supporting practical work.

It runs integrated with an internal collaboration portal and the Microsoft 365 platform. When a user enters a command in a chat window, a host agent interprets it and autonomously assigns and links tasks for processing by specialist remote agents, the company said.

Since introducing CENI 3.0, employee resources spent on simple repetitive tasks have fallen sharply, according to the company.

ITCEN said time spent coordinating meetings and writing emails using a multidimensional scheduling function fell from an average of 10 minutes to 1 minute, delivering about a 90 percent reduction in communication costs.

CENI 3.0 is based on AgentGo 2026, a multi-AI agent management platform ITCEN Group introduced in January.

Kang Ki-sik (강기식), head of ITCEN Group's AI Innovation Center, said the companywide adoption of CENI 3.0 aims to go beyond a one-off achievement of speeding up work by building an environment where employees can reduce the burden of repetitive administrative tasks and focus on strategic core assignments. He stressed that the group will build long-term brand assets through AI-driven work efficiency and optimized resource management, and further solidify leadership in the AX (AI transformation)-based IT services market on the back of advanced technical capabilities.
