Galaxy Research, part of Galaxy Digital, reviewed the activity and found patterns consistent with automation and text characteristics that did not match common ciphers. The strings were written via OP_RETURN, enabled by relaxed Bitcoin Core v30 rules. Funding was traced to 0.033 bitcoin, but the operator was not identified.
