MegazoneCloud builds AI shopping agent for Golfzon Commerce, supports AI fitting service

MegazoneCloud said on Monday it has built an AI shopping agent for Golfzon Commerce\'s online golf goods mall to recommend golf equipment. The company said the agent suggests three clubs tailored to individual swing characteristics, with the rationale and expected improvement effects, and recommends golf balls by mapping play style, feel preference and spin requirements. It said the system uses more than 500,000 fitting data records and was built on Amazon Bedrock Agent Core.

Teen-founded U.S. defense startup Mach Industries valuation quadruples in a year

U.S. defense technology startup Mach Industries raised $300 million in a Series C round, valuing the company at $1.8 billion. TechCrunch reported the valuation is nearly four times higher than a year ago, after a $100 million raise in June 2025 at a $470 million valuation. The round was led by Infinite Capital and Ribbit Capital. Mach is developing five autonomous aircraft and plans to start producing at least three next year.

OpenAI launches GPT-5.5 and Codex on Amazon Bedrock

OpenAI on Monday launched its latest AI models GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.4, along with coding agent Codex, on Amazon Web Services\' generative AI service Amazon Bedrock. The launch allows South Korean companies to use OpenAI\'s newest models in an AWS environment, with usage integrated into existing AWS cloud commitments. OpenAI said GPT-5.5 focuses on autonomous multi-step tasks, while GPT-5.4 offers better cost efficiency per token for large production workloads.
