Younglimwon Softlab and Shinhan Bank to offer discounted ERP fees for public-interest foundations
Younglimwon Softlab said on Sept. 1 it will work with Shinhan Bank to discount monthly fees for its SystemEver Nonprofit cloud ERP for new customers to support digital transformation and improve accounting efficiency at public-interest foundations. Eligible foundations must newly subscribe to the ERP, open or convert to a Shinhan dedicated account and join Shinhan’s Bank In platform. Discounts of 100,000 won per month for six months will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

KB Kookmin Bank has launched \'SSG KB Bank\' with SSG.com, allowing users to access banking services inside the shopping app without switching to a separate app. The service is based on an innovative finance service designation that permits non-financial platforms to advertise and broker financial products. The bank also introduced dedicated products reflecting customer spending patterns, and separate services for merchants, including deposit, savings and consulting support.

Capital market rules tighten as MyData programme expands
South Korean financial authorities are accelerating efforts to tighten capital market discipline, pledging tougher action against illegal practices aimed at avoiding delisting and pushing for timely exits of so-called zombie firms. Korea Exchange will introduce rules from July to delist penny stocks and raise standards for dealing with weak companies. Regulators also plan to curb duplicate listings and tighten reviews. Some decisions, including Hong Kong ELS fines and Samsung Securities approvals, remain delayed.
